An unusual and spectacular fire erupted in a vintage automobile on Fleet Road at the corner of Cavendish Blvd. Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m.  Off duty vCOP (volunteer Citizens on Patrol) Supervisor Lewis Cohen happened upon the incident just as the first flames were showing and quickly called 9-1-1 to alert emergency services.

Police, Fire, Public Security and EMS responded rapidly and secured the scene and doused the flames.  The billowing smoke was visible throughout Cote Saint-Luc.
