Toba was a real fine lady. She was very committed to enhancing the quality of life for her Cote Saint-Luc community. Toba was a campaign supporter and encouraged me to follow in her husband’s footsteps as councillor for District 6.
As Acting Mayor of the City of Cote Saint-Luc I extend condolences to the family on behalf of all residents. May the family be comforted in the thought that others care and share wonderful memories of Toba.
